OUR METHODOLOGY

Whenever you come to an XV clinic, join an XV program, or are trained by the XV staff, we want you to feel like you are a part of the XV Family. We value the Quality of the training sessions we provide, rather than the Quantity of players within the programs we offer. With this mindset, we're able to create a focused training approach that gives each player the individual attention he/she needs. 


We offer a targeted training approach, which can range from position-specific to skill-specific training. With targeted training, we are able to develop fundamental positional skills, such as court vision for point guards, while improving general skills such as shooting and team concepts.
 

All XV training programs provide EXCLUSIVE TRAINING, whether it’s in a group environment or a one-on-one session. Over the course of each program, our goal is to develop the complete athlete, and prepare them for their upcoming season.

Our training programs and clinics are designed with an EXTENSIVE APPROACH. This approach takes care of each detail we feel is vital to a player’s success on the court, including:

Yoga/Stretching

Mental Toughness

Watching Game-Film

These details, along with developing each player’s basketball IQ and individual skill, make up our holistic approach. This approach will prepare you to be the best possible player you can be.
 

​Players that spend the most time in the gym or the weight room, don’t always reach the top. The athletes that are among the elite, have put the time in, have developed all aspects of their game, and are being coached/trained by the right individuals.
